Freaky Dream

being the freudian that i am i like to keep track of my dreams and i had one weird dream the other night and i thought it would be a nice change of pace from my other entries. but i must warn you there is some strange content, but the significance will be explained. enjoy if you are brave enough!

so my coteacher Yanny and I were having a sleep over in my grandparents (Kirkpatricks) old house in VA. It was night time and we were just about to go to sleep when Yanny thought we should take a picture. (She really likes to take pictures of all of our events, which i adore!) so we are sitting on this couch getting ready to take a picture when all of a sudden my boss Mr Bae, his wife Sylvia teacher and a toddler walk in and they just jump in our picture. I was so confused as to what was going on, but whatever.

Then Yanny and I took our respective couches and went to sleep. Well as I'm sleeping I wake up because I hvae to go to the bathroom and I am walking by the spare room and Yanny is translating something. Then Lindsay (my sister) is sitting in the spare room at a table with my boss Mr. Bae.

"Hey Lindsay! What are you doing here?"
"Oh, I'm going to teach English."
"Oh really? Thats fantastic!!...Where are you going to live?"
"Oh i'm going to just move in with you."
"Wait, what? No, no! Trust me, you don't want to move in with me. You want your own space!"
i must note that my feeling in the dream was that i am so happy lindsay was coming but i was upset that i was given no warning and i wasn't asked if she could live with me.
"Lindsay, its part of the contract. You need to make him get you an apartment."

Then Mr. Bae says its too late. so I was shocked but whatever. I headed back to my couch to go to sleep. then all these kids from Kids Club were just roaming around the living room (where Yanny and I were supposed to be sleeping) in the middle of the night. I was so confused, but too tired to care. But as I looked in my bag I realized that all my tampons had been opened. (this is significant because tampons are not easy to come by in korea) Apparently the kids thought they were candy but when they found out they weren't they replaced them with half eaten lollipops. Every single tampon I had. I was so mad.

then i woke up. it was a freaky dream. maybe i am dealing with some frustrations....hmmm...i don't know. ;)
